Canaries - Skippered Yacht Charter

Price: £690 p/p Week

'Mollyo', a blue hulled Bavaria 44, left Brighton for Gran Canaria in the summer of 2005.. and never came back!  She is now based there permanently and available for skippered yacht charters. She is a luxury, custom finished yacht able to accommodate up to nine guests in comfort for sailing and can sleep up to six. The yacht is equipped with all the latest offshore sailing safety equipment.

Tom, the skipper is a commercial RYA Yacht Master and also a professional RYA instructor so he's very happy for you to take the wheel under his expert guidance too.  He has been sailing regularly for over 40 years, and includes several Atlantic crossings in his log book.  Tom knows the sailing grounds of the Canaries inside out, and can find you the quietest anchorages to the liveliest bars.  Tom can also arrange shore based holiday apartments too.

When he's not skippering in the Canaries, you can sometimes find him instructing on our boats at SailnetUK.  He certainly gets around a bit!

NEWS FLASH

Molly'o is taking part in a two day regatta at Puerto Rico Marina which is situated on the south coast of Gran Canaries on August 15th & 16th.and needs crew.
 
Cost is  £240 to pay for four days onboard,marina fees,race entry fees,race party on Sat.evening,prize giving party Sun and of course beer to quench our thirst and eats while racing.
I believe the party is to be held in a hotel with a swimming pool which is sited in the marina.
If anyone wants to stay longer or if you have family who would like to come just let me know, I can arrange an apartment five minutes away for £100 per person for seven days.
 
Sailing is in shorts and teeshirts with lots of factor 50 , you will not need to pack a jacket or long pants the temp.will be 25-30c with lots of sunshine.
