Catchment area: Try Sailing Tasters serving London, Brighton and the counties of Sussex, Kent and Surrey in the South East of the UK. About 45mins from Eastbourne's sovereign harbour and 20 minutes from Newhaven harbour and Lewes to the East. About an hour from Croydon and Crawley and 40 minutes from Haywards Heath and Gatwick Airport to the North. About 45 minutes from Worthing, an hour from Littlehampton and 35 minutes from Shoreham Harbour yacht club.
Location: Pontoon 19, West Jetty, Brighton Marina
Parking: Free, in the multi storey car park in the Marina

This is a great way to test the waters! All aboard for a fabulous 3 hour hands-on sail on board a 26ft Sigma yacht, where you will learn the difference between port and starboard, bow and stern, tack and gybe and if you wish, you can even get involved with hoisting and trimming the sails under the Instructor's careful supervision.
You will head out of Brighton Marina and make the most of this unique view of Brighton pier and the beautiful Sussex coast line. Family bookings welcome.
This activity is a great introduction to sailing and is a 'taster' to the 2 day RYA National Sailing Scheme course "Start Sailing".
