This 1 day course is held at Neilson's super modern HQ in Brighton Marina. With free parking and comfortable air conditioned classrooms that overlook the marina, the facilities are amongst the best in the UK. You will be taught by experienced, friendly tutors who will take you through the course with professionalism & understanding.
It is well known that in a medical emergency, a little first aid knowledge can save lives, & this is especially true at sea. This course is designed to provide a working knowledge of first aid for small craft users & is focused on the immediate care of injuries encountered at sea. A valid first aid certificate is required for Coastal/Yachtmaster Offshore candidates. The certificate is valid for 3 years & fulfils the requirements for skippers of small craft working within 60 miles from a safe haven.
