Coming by Car for a Sailing Activity or Course (Race Tasters, Start Sailing etc.)

Before heading off, print off a parking permit from 'Notes and Downloads' and display it when parking in the multi storey car park.  Walk out on level 5 or 6 over the footbridge along the board walk with the restaurants and cafes.  Turn right onto the West Jetty (with the yellow and white units) walk over the bridge, down the ramp and turn left at the bottom.  You will see our boats  and pontoon reception on pontoon 19.  If the gate is locked please call the office on 01273 628648.

Coming by Car for a Theory Course (Day Skipper theory, VHF, First Aid)

Before heading off , print off a parking permit from 'Notes and Downloads' and display it when parking in the multi storey car park.   Drive over the first roundabout.  Continue on and drive over the second and take a ticket at the barriers.  Drive all the way to the end of the marina, over the bridge at the lock and park in one of the visitor's spaces. You will see the HQ of Neilson facing you.  If the door is locked please call the office on 01273 628648 or the number printed on your confirmation form.  Don't forget to mention to the instructor that you'll need an exit pass to get out.

Coming by Public Transport.

The number 7 bus leaves every 20 minutes from the train station in the centre of time.  Get off the bus opposite the casino, walk over the pedestrian crossing opposite the West Key Pub and walk up the steps and along the board walk with the restaurants and cafes. 

• For sailing courses, turn right onto the West Jetty (with the yellow and white units) walk over the bridge, down the ramp and turn left at the bottom.  You will see our boats  and pontoon reception on pontoon 19.  If the gate is locked please call the office on 01273 628648.
