Traveling to the Marina

Please think about  the environment  and congestion before deciding how to travel.

Brighton is a very popular holiday and conference destination, particularly at weekend, bank holidays and festival times.  It has one of the best public transport systems in the country and plenty of taxi’s and even a mini sea front railway!

Car

Parking is free in the marina but before heading off, print a PDF marina parking permit from 'Notes and Downloads' f our website  and display it on your dashboard.

From London, take the M23 / A23 towards Brighton (35.1 miles).

If you want to avoid Brighton  town centre take the A27 towards Lewes and turn off at Falmer (4.6 miles) on the B2123 to the Rotttingdean seafront (3.8 miles), then turn right along marine drive towards the marina (4.0 miles)

Public Transport

The number 7 bus leaves every 20 minutes from the train station in the centre of Brighton.  This costs around £1.80 for a single or £3.60 for an all day ticket and  takes around 15 – 20 minutes to the marina.

Taxis can also be taken from the centre of Brighton.  These cost around £8 and take about 10 minutes to the marina.
