- Assumed Knowledge: Knowledge to Level 1 standard
- Course Content:Becoming a competent sailor in light winds with an introduction to sailing techniques and manoeuvres, rigging, launching, safety and basic rules of the road.
- Ability After Course: The sailor will consolidate their basic knowledge of the sport and also learn more advanced skills so that they develop the practical ability to eventually sail the boat without an instructor on board.
